Dr Riddhi Doshi is a Gynecologist with core speciality in Reproductive Medicine.She has done her MBBS from MGM medical college ,Navi Mumbai and post graduation in Obstetrics & Gynecology from Ruby Hall Clinic,Pune.After completing her education she served in Municipal and charitable hospitals of Mumbai.She went on to pursue a Fellowship in Advanced Infertility and ART.She also completed Diploma in IVF and Reproductive Medicine accredited by prestigious UKSH university,Germany.She is also trained in ultrasound and fertility enhancing endoscopic surgery.She has worked as a consultant in Reproductive medicine at dedicated Fertility clinic successfully treating and managing more than 100 infertile couples with problems ranging from male,infertility,PCOS,endometriosis,poor ovarian reserve and unexplained infertiliy.She has keen interest in academics and has been presenting her research work at various academic platforms winning awards for the same,She has also been invited as a Faculty at various national level conferences.Apart from her sharp clinical acumen she comes across as an extremely compassionate,dedicated person with very effective counselling and communication skills.

Fertility Evaluation
It is a comprehensive assessment beginning with detailed history taking of medical problems, sexual and contraceptive practice of the couple. Next step is counseling & educating them regarding reproductive system of male/female, fertility patterns of both, fertile period etc.
Tubal Patency Test
One of the most crucial aspects of fertility evaluation is tubal patency test. HSG or hysterosalpingography is the standard test for testing tubal patency. Principle method is to inject a dye into the uterus and check if it spills out from tube by doing an Xray.
Tranvaginal Folliculometry Scan
It is an indispensable part of any fertility treatment. Serial tranvaginal ultrasound gives a clue regarding growth of follicle and endometrium to co-relate with timing of menstrual cycle and also to study response to hormonal medications.
Intrauterine Insemination
One of the most simplest and cost effection treatment option indicated in cases of unexplained infertility, mild male factor infertility and ovulatory problems..
Oocyte Retrieval
This procedure is done to retrieve eggs from the female by aspirating fluid from matured follicles via transvaginal ultrasound under short general anesthesia. It is a painless day care procedure.
In Vitro Fertilization
This is method of fertilization of sperms and eggs by allowing them to incubate together in lab under strict conditions similar to the environment of the human body.
Intracytoplasmic Sperm Injection
It is an advanced method of fertilization used mainly for patients with severe male factor infertility or history of previous fertilization failure. The technique involves injecting a single sperm into a mature egg(oocyte) ensuring very high success rates
Blastocyst Culture
This is stage of embryo development seen on the Day5 from day of ICSI when ICSI or egg retrieval day is called as day0.Not all embryos progress to blastocyst and the ones which do have better chances of implantation. In order for embryos to grow till blastocyst specific culture materials and technique is required
Embryo Transfer
This is the final step of an IVF cycle. Here the culture embryos are carefully loaded into a catheter and deposited back into the uterus under strict aseptic conditions, Embryos may be fresh or frozen and are transferred under transabdominal ultrasound guidance and a semi full bladder.
